Offering a TV with a DVD player and a seating area with panoramic views of Hay Bluff, it also has a work desk, a hairdryer, wardrobe, and tea and coffee facilities.

Mortimer Trail B and B serves a full English breakfast with sausage, bacon, free-range eggs, tomato, mushrooms and baked beans, with a vegetarian version also available. Omelettes, cereals, porridge, yoghurt and fruit are also on the menu, along with juice, tea and coffee.
