"Water Bay Villa" Bed & Breakfast has been operating since November 1996. The B&B is 'The Attic', a Private upstairs 4 room suite built in the year 2000. We are located only 9 km from the Airport, 20 minutes drive to the CBD, 1 km from Glenelg's Jetty Road shopping & restaurants and trams into the city and only 3 minutes walk to our Beautiful Broadway Beach in Glenelg South. Glenelg is Adelaide's premier seaside destination. I would describe our 1910 historic home as having an upstairs, private, self contained Bed & Breakfast Apartment (called 'The Attic' so people realize there are angular low sections of ceiling) as fresh, light & airy historic seaside accommodation very close to Jetty Road and all that Glenelg has to offer.

Situated just a 3-minute walk from Broadway Beach, Water Bay Villa Bed & Breakfast offers a self-contained apartment with country-style décor and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment features a kitchenette with a portable stove, a microwave and a refrigerator. The lounge area offers a TV and a dining setting. The private bathroom includes bathrobes, a hairdryer and free toiletries. A guest laundry is available.

Guests are provided with continental breakfast provisions upon arrival. These include cereal, yoghurt, homemade bread and jam.
