The Villa was a summer property of a nobel family called Pardi.
In '97 we found this property in a terrible condition but saw the potential it had.
The rooms in the Villa had and still have these original fresco design's, the Dependance had only the outside walls.
The stables are now the family home of the owners,
the chapel has been restored.
After many years of resauration by the owners now we can say that the Villa has his charme back.

This charming 18th-century villa is set in the Tuscan countryside, 6 km outside Lucca. Villa Pardi Lucca offers a large garden with swimming pool and rooms with many original features. Free parking is available on site.

Throughout Villa Pardi you can admire original frescoes, chandeliers and wood-beamed ceilings. Each room has free Wi-Fi access, a TV and private bathroom.

Breakfast is buffet style and is served in the cosy breakfast room.

Located in Nozzano Castello, Villa Pardi is easily reached from the A11 motorway and is 2 km from Nozzano Train Station for connections to Lucca and Viareggio.
