    Incredible Laurel forest! Thank goodness most Laurel trees were not burned down in 2013 fires. Go early. Both beautiful in mist and sunshine. We went twice even! Easy trail.

    Not an option for travelers with kids under 3. Don't even try to go through levada, you should better stop at Rabacal view point, take your pictures where you are above the sky and get back
