Cotenham Barn was renovated by the previous owner who restored it from ramshakled farm buildings to a family home and workshop where he ran a successful furniture making business. Jill and Phil as the current owners are developing the Barns potential for the leisure and tourism industry. The large garden features a rare open thatched barn, a wildlife pond and wood.

Cotenham Barn Bed & Breakfast offers a variety of accommodation just 20 minutes' drive from Norwich. Set in 3 acres of Broadland countryside, it features a 1-acre wood, a pond and a Grade II listed open thatched barn. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and BeWILDerwood adventure park is only a 15-minute drive away.

All rooms at Cotenham Barn have a flat-screen TV, en-suite or private external bathroom and tea/coffee making facilities.

They also offer two self catering cottages with access to a hot tub and garden views.

There is a footpath leading directly from the back of the property across fields or country lanes to Ranworth, which offers a pub, visitor's centre and church known as the Cathedral of the Broads.

Woodforde's Broadland Brewery is just 2 miles away and Great Yarmouth can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Seal spotting can be enjoyed at Horsey Beach, which is just under 16 miles from the property. The unspoilt beach of Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve is 30 minutes away by car.
