Truly unique among bed and breakfasts, the Old Mill Inn offers guests a peaceful retreat within easy reach of the 5-college area and all the Berkshires have to offer.

Set in a converted mill dating from 1870, this unique boutique Inn sits on the banks of the Mill River, 5 miles from downtown Northampton.

Completely renovated and refurbished in 2021, all rooms have new private baths, WiFi, smart TVs, and in room coffee makers. The 4 remodeled suites include fully appointed kitchens, living rooms, and convertible sofas to accommodate additional guests.

The Inn's Cafe is open every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, serving a variety of homemade breakfast and lunch items.
