Secluded mountain lodge & hostel, wooden hot tubs & sauna with stunning river view, organic veggie gardens, private beach on the Azul River...the perfect base for backcountry trekking.
La Confluencia is situated approximately 12 km north of the town of El Bolson at the confluence of the Azul River and the Blanco River. The last 2 km of the road is strictly 4x4 (or by foot) and the Lodge is reached after crossing the Blanco River by suspension bridge. As our location is somewhat remote, often visitors plan on extended stays of 3 - 5 days.
A very good riverside cafe & bar is within a 5 minute walk, and we do have a mini mart on site.

La Confluencia Lodge is located outside El Bolsón, 30 minutes from the downtown area by car. A farm, a vegetable garden and an outdoor hot tub are featured on site. The property also has a sauna and a private beach area. There is free Wi-Fi access and computers available for guests.

The rooms in La Confluencia Lodge feature either private or shared bathroom facilities.

Guests can access trekking excursions in the area, located right outside the lodge. All meals offered are prepared with organic products from the on-site farm. Private shuttles from downtown El Bolsón to the property can be arranged.

The property is located within the Rio Azul Protected Natural Area and 12 km from El Bolson Bus Terminal. Bariloche Airport is 100 km away. Airport and bus terminal transfer are available upon request.
