Occupying a historic Art Nouveau building in the Josefstadt district opposite the University Campus, this family-run 4-star guesthouse Pension Excellence is only 5 minutes' walk from Vienna’s Town Hall, the Schottentor/Universität Underground Station, and the Ringstraße boulevard.
