QMC is a very unique property right on the beach. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean on the rocks out in the water or relax on the sandy beach at the door step of Quinta Maria Cortez. We also own the Private Villas next door; Casa Tres Vidas - 3 & 4 Bedroom Villas that can be combined to create 6 or 7 Bedroom Villa or 10 bedroom Villa and you can add rooms at QMC for up to a total of 42 guests

Located right on Conchas Chinas Beach, the adults-only Quinta Maria Cortez offers an outdoor pool, gardens and elegant suites with balconies and free Wi-Fi. Puerto Vallarta is 3 km away.

Each spacious suite features classic-style décor and antique Mexican furniture. All suites have a seating area, a coffee maker and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Most suites offer ocean views and many have kitchen facilities.

Free breakfast is served in the palapa-covered dining area from Monday to Saturday. Sunday breakfast is available at La Playita beach restaurant, located a 5-minute walk away. Other local restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk.

Quinta Maria Cortez can arrange excursions on request, including fishing trips and jungle tours. Staff can also organize transfers to Puerto Vallarta International Airport, located around 12 km away. Free public parking is available on site.
