The lodge building dates from the 1840s. It has been used for many purposes over the years, a grain store, stables and general farm use. We started renovating the building in the late 1980s, and today it accommodates a preschool, a yoga centre and 7 en-suite guest rooms.

In the heart of County Tipperary, the family-run O’Briens Cashel Lodge offers free Wi-Fi throughout and free onsite parking. At the foot of the famous Rock of Cashel, it is just 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre of Cashel.

Guests are welcome to make use of Cashel Lodge’s shared, self-catering kitchen. This is fully equipped, with an oven, microwave, and a fridge.

In the mornings, O'Briens serves a light continental breakfast. Historic Cashel is home to several fine dining restaurants, takeaways, and cafes, just 900 metres from the lodge.
