We have two acres of land ( 8000 sq metres ), half of which is in covenant bush. Most of the bush is in native New Zealand trees. House land is laid in an English garden setting, with large expansive lawns, flowering gardens,, plentiful citrus trees, with magnolia trees and wisteria plants ( very beautiful when in flower )
We are in the countryside, but only five minute drive from nearest shops & cafes. Road & traffic noise is minimal with no street lights, making you stay very peaceful & quiet.

Set on 2 acres of lovely gardens, Warkworth Country House features free WiFi and rooms with a patio. Home to many species of native birds, the property is 15 minutes’ drive from the Matakana wine region. Free breakfast including continental, full English, gluten-free and vegetarian is provided daily.

Warkworth House is 3 minutes’ drive from shops and restaurants, and 7 minutes’ drive from Parry Kauri Park. It is 20 minutes’ drive from Omaha. Goat Island is 30 minutes’ drive away.

All rooms offer a private entrance, a TV, electric blankets and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries.

You can relax on the large communal patio deck, which offers outdoor dining furniture. There are several hiking options and peaceful walking tracks surrounding the property.
