The Old Telegraph Station cottage is a genuine part of the town's history, but despite the age of the building the amenities are modern. Imagine living here in the days of the original telegraph station operator, with his large family of seven children - and that was prior to the addition of the sunroom and bathroom extensions.

Because you get exclusive use of this stand alone building you won't be disturbed by others. Sit and relax and listen to the many birds that come to drink at the bird bath.

Built in 1866, Greenock's Old Telegraph Station offers a self-contained cottage with a spa bath, a fireplace and a private patio. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and access to BBQ facilities.

The air-conditioned cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove and a microwave. It has a washing machine and a separate living area with a TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station.

Breakfast supplies are provided daily, including bacon, eggs, tomatoes, cereal, jams, bread, milk and juice.

Old Telegraph Station Greenock is within 10 minutes’ drive from a number of wineries, including Murray Street Vineyards and Penfolds Winery.
