"Al Salvatore" is our passion, our little paradise we love to share. This is why we take care of every little detail of our house, also recovering valuable furniture from our family. The construction is a cosy typical house of the Aeolian countryside, taking over the rural tradition of the place, surrounded by 5000 m2 of orchard and garden. The house, 3.5 km far by car from downtown and 2 Km walking by the short road, lives by rain water, filtered and stored in underground cisterns to preserve it. On our island water is a precious commodity, but thanks to the reserves, there is no limit for our guests, but for the kind requirement to recycle shower water, collected in tubs, and use it for the toilet or watering plants. The outdoor showers are heated by a small, artisanal solar heater. The garbage collection is differentiated and the organic component turned into compost, which is then used in the garden.. But above all, we take special care to develop and maintain a structure absolutely "sustainable", according to modern ecological criteria. All that Al Salvatore offers must be genuine and away from the idea of mass tourism, and this is why we choose our partners carefully.

Set on the southern part of Lipari, Island B&B Al Salvatore Di Lipari offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a covered terrace with deck chairs, and a free shuttle service to/from the ferry port is provided.

The rooms feature a sea-view terrace, a cooling fan, and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. They have country-style furnishings.

Breakfast is sweet and includes pastries, and homemade yoghurt and jams. Homegrown fruit, eggs and tomatoes are also available. Free bottled water is available in the communal fridge locate din the kitchen.
