Vila Vanda Pension is the first property in the Republic of Croatia which was awarded for the ecological construction by the EU board.

For the heating and cooling of the building only renewable energy sources are being used.
Next to the Vila Vanda Pension there's also the "Konoba Megaron" restaurant which offers local and global specialties prepared in a modern way with groceries from the nearest possible geographical circle.
Both pension and restaurant personnel are qualified to meet the most demanding needs of its guests easily.
The owner Vanda Josic, who is also the head chef of the restaurant, has been included among the 11 best female head chefs in Croatia due to her modern cooking approach.
The Villa Vanda Pension is special for its ecological construction harmony, the use of renewable energy sources and a modern cooking approach, processing and combining groceries in harmony with nature, human health and our planet well being.

Built in March 2013 across the town park of Vukovar, Pansion Vila Vanda Vukovar is an energy efficient property which provides free WiFi. Some rooms have an LCD satellite TV and a furnished balcony or patio. Free parking is provided for all guests.

Villa Vanda also has its own restaurant formerly known as the Megaron Tavern, where guests can sample local specialties by one of the leading chefs of Croatia. Floor heating and internet protocol telephones are featured at the property.
