Laston house is a Grade II listed Georgian Manor located above the harbour in Ilfracombe North Devon. We have 8 generous sized bedrooms, a lovely guest lounge and a nice garden to relax in. Also with onsite parking just outside the property which is a rarity in Ifracombe. Located on the south west coast path coming into Ilfracombe from Combe Martin. We are just a 5 minute walk from the harbour, which has some excellent restaurant's.

Situated amongst 3 acres of woodland on a hill above Ilfracombe harbour, Laston House is just 10 minutes’ walk from the high street and 5 minutes’ stroll to the shops and restaurants of the harbour. Guests benefit from free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi in public areas.

A Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at Laston House. All room are en suite, apart from the single room which has a private bathroom adjacent.

A full cooked breakfast is served in the dining room which overlooks the garden. Continental options are also available, and in good weather can be served outside on the lawn.

The Old Corn Mill and Ilfracome Aquarium are both within half a mile of the property, while Tunnels Beaches are a 20-minute walk away and feature sheltered beaches and Victorian bathing pools.
