Only a 5-minute drive from ski resorts, Resort Inn White Silver offers rental bicycles, free WiFi and a free pick-up service from Happo Alpico and JR Hakuba Train Station. The inn houses a terrace and drinks vending machines, while free parking is available. Guests will have access to ski and snowboard storage on site, in addition to a custom drying and workshop tuning area at White Silver Hakuba.

The White Silver Resort Inn is a 5-minute drive from both Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort and the Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park. Happo Happo-one Winter Resort is a 3-minute drive, and JR Hakuba Station is a 4-minute drive. Free shuttle bus services are available to Happo Ski Park, Hakubagoryu Park, Tsugaike and Cortina Ski Park.

Guests can also go rafting, paragliding or hiking in the area. There are hot springs, souvenir shops and restaurants nearby the property, and a convenience store is just a 5-minute stroll away. The common dining area features a refrigerator, microwave, a toaster oven and an electric kettle. Guests can watch Netflix on the TV in the shared lounge.

Rooms have an interior in neutral colours, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and heating. Most rooms are furnished with Western-style beds while others come with Japanese futon mattresses.
