Over half of the property has never been cleared of its natural vegetation and is home to some of South Australia's unique flora and fauna including: kangaroos; echidnas; southern brown bandicoot; many bird species including laughing kookaburras, superb fairy wrens, wedge-tailed eagles, grey currawongs, a multitude of parrot species; ducks, grebes and herons; native fish and frogs in the creek and springs; yabbies (fresh water crayfish) in the dams; native pine, stringybark, pink gums, grass trees, acacias, correas and orchids.The remainder of the property features gum studded grazing land and is home to Wiltipoll sheep and alpacas.
Seascape Retreat is located on 75 acres in the hills above Victor Harbor on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula, a 1 hour drive south of Adelaide, South Australia.The surrounding towns of McLaren Vale, Port Elliot and Goolwa are an easy 10-30 minute drive away. If you are heading to Kangaroo Island, Seascape is also a great stopover point.

Located on 75 acres, the luxurious Seascape Retreat offers private self-contained villas with panoramic views over Victor Harbor on the Southern Fleurieu Peninsula. Each villa has its own private balcony overlooking the stunning valley and ocean as well as a sunny rear courtyard with barbecue facilities. Adelaide is a 1-hour drive away.

You can enjoy a stroll along the walking tracks throughout the property, or try to spot the local wildlife, including kangaroos and kookaburras. The property provides free parking. Limited free WiFi is provided for web browsing and emails.

Seascape Retreat is 10 minutes’ drive from a number of Victor Harbor wineries, and 20 minutes’ drive from Horseshoe Bay Beach.
