Situated in the heart of Highland Perthshire, this elegant modern guest house has been designed by an award-winning architect. Guests can enjoy delicious homemade food, free Wi-Fi, and free parking, surrounded by beautiful hills.

Each room has picturesque views of the garden and surrounding area. Guests who select with 'breakfast option' are provided with a continental breakfast including Dunkeld smoked salmon, homemade fruit compote, pastries, a selection of cereals, Aberfeldy porridge, organic yogurts and Glen Lyon roasted coffee.
The kitchens are equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, giving guests total flexibility.

Guests also have the option of 'room only' availability.

The Steading is 3 miles west of the market town of Aberfeldy, in the Upper Tay Valley. Pitlochry Rail Station is a 25-minute drive away, and Loch Tay can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.
