Linley House is a boutique bed & breakfast accommodation and the house is filled with lovely art and memorabilia. The garden is lush with beautiful foliage and the front of the house is covered in red bouganvillia. There are two rooms on the top level with shared bathroom and we have a children's room with bunks if required. There is a communal lounge with tea/coffee facilities and separate dining room.

Offering free WiFi and free on-site parking, Linley House is located across from Lane Cove River where guests can enjoy fishing, kayaking and scenic walks.

The air-conditioned guest rooms offer a TV and a radio with alarm functions. Toilet and bathroom facilities are shared for most rooms.
