River Place is a working farm and for many years the Lange family lived and worked here. In 2010 we decided to build 5 rooms on the river and started to operate as a guest house. Today we have 10 rooms and have renovated and changed the entire family home into a guest house.

Nestled between the river and the vineyards, our guests enjoy the tranquility and beauty of their surroundings but also the experience of a working wine farm where the humming of the tractor and the dance of the ostriches forms part of the daily routine.

Providing pool views, River Place Manor in Upington provides accommodation, a restaurant, a bar, a shared lounge, a garden and water sports facilities. The bed and breakfast features both WiFi and private parking free of charge.
