We are back at A Stone's Throw after huge rebuild and renovations after the run-away fire that caused so much loss to us in July 2014 but we are thrilled that everything is back in operation with a few lovely new additions for the added comfort and enjoyment of our guests but we do still offer one of the best possible views over Grahamstown and our country garden setting is still just a 7 minute drive into the CBD of Grahamstown and the local attractions, we look forward to meeting visitors from far and wide and wish you a safe journey.

Situated in a country setting surrounded by gardens, this guest house is situated a 5-minutes drive from the centre Grahamstown.

The rooms at A Stone’s Throw are individually decorated and offer tea-and-coffee making facilities and a TV with selected satellite channels. All rooms have a private bathroom and each unit has its own patio furniture.

The cabins feature a balcony with view over the valley and access to the garden.

The guest house can recommend restaurants in Grahamstown.

There is a hiking trail below the property leading to a toposcope with panoramic views of the countryside.
