Aviedale B&B Suite is all new for 2016 - a private, exclusive king size bedroom with double aspect windows, built-in wardrobe, TV, DVD, clock radio, a well equipped dining kitchenette and a luxury shower room. Situated in an annexe with it's own outside door and private parking. Very comfortable, offering hotel-like amenities with the ability to self-cater in your own small kitchenette if you wish. The continental breakfast is fresh, generous and tasty.

Aviedale Suite is situated in the countryside in Rendall, 12 miles from Kirkwall and Stromness.The property is one of the few properties in Orkney to provide super fast fiber broadband accessible through free Wi-Fi thoughout the premises. Free parking is also provided onsite.

A flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as a CD player are provided. Enjoy a cup of tea while looking out at the sea or garden. The suite comes with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hair dryer. The room also comes with a private dining area and kitchenette.

The property is available on a self catering basis with some basic eatables provided. Freshly brewed Costa coffee is also available for guests.

Aviedale has a picnic area for your convenience. The suite has a private external entrance.
