Sue and Andrew welcome you to our Victorian built Guest House close to Kendal Town Centre. We are just a short walk from Kendal amenities and offer a warm, friendly welcome to all our guests.

Set in Kendal, 0.8 miles to the Market Town. Sundial Stays, all the rooms have a TV, Fridge, if you feel like making your own breakfast you are able to or we can give you a list of recommendations around the area. After you arrive it's self check in service.

On the ground floor we offer a double room with en suite, first floor room has a king size, and a single bed so ideal for a couple, family of 3 or two guest wanting separate beds with en suite, and the second floor has 2 single rooms and a twin room that share facilities.

We do offer parking but it is first come, first serve.

The host does not live on site, but they're available throughout your stay.
