The Bed and Breakfast is a part of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse recently restored. It's consists of one double bedroom, living room and bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, bedside tables, and a chest. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, console and shower 90x90. In the lounge there is a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed, a cupboard and a showcase. The finishes are of the highest quality with hand made parquet flooring and hand-painted ceramics, including some furniture are original '800 restructured. The facility is equipped with all modern comforts including wifi and refrigerator. The heating is underfloor, the windows are equipped with mosquito nets and, most important to the whole property it is in A energy class that allows a perfect climate comfort without the use of electro-mechanical equipment (air conditioners). The entrance is completely independent. The garden, equipped with metal furniture, and parking, are reserved to the structure. The room is perfectly SOUNDPROOF.
