We rent the whole first floor on our 100 year old house. You rent always 75 m2. You always have 2 bedrooms, a private toilet and kitchen. The house has been completely renovated since we bought it in 1984 and until today. We have tried largely to renovate the house so it still looks like a house that is about 100 years old. Of course there are catered for insulation and fireproofing of the renovation; but the floors are the floors you would have put 100 years ago. Lacquered pine floors. Visible rooster beams. The windows are called Dannebros Windows, becourse there is a cross in the windows, like in our flag (Dannebro), they used a lot in the old days.

We have 2 cats which do not enter, and two very cute Labrador retrievers, mother and daughter. All animals are allowed to fold.

You rent always two rooms, a smaller bedroom 12 kvdr.m. with a double bed, and a 60 KVdR. m. living room with 2 sofa beds, dining table for 5-6 people, TV, DVD player and Radio. Bed linen is of course included.
You have a private kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, etc.
There are barbecue facilities in the garden and chairs, tables and umbrellas.
