Brook Barn is set in our garden behind the farm house Brook Farm which dates back to 1726. We are in the pretty historical village of Hale on Hale Road.itself with its beautiful thatched cottages and just a 10 minute walk to the village centre where you will find local pubs, shops and places to eat.
We are located 25 minutes from the centre of Liverpool, 10 mins from Widnes and Knowsley and only 5 minutes from (JLA) Liverpool airport.

Dating back to 1726, the Brook Barn B&B is located on the outskirts of Liverpool. With free WiFi available throughout and free secure gated parking, this small non-working farm is 5 minutes' drive from John Lennon Airport.

Set within a converted barn in the grounds, each room includes a flat-screen Smart TV and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have a private shower room. Guests have use of a shared lounge with a large flat-screen TV.

Featuring a garden and a shared guest lounge, Brook Barn B&B also offers a complimentary airport shuttle service when possible. The property is a 10-minute walk from local pubs and shops.

A cooked breakfast and/or a continental breakfast are available on request at an extra charge.
Breakfast is available from 8.00 am please advise any requirements prior to arrival.
