Situated within 5 minutes’ walk of Paignton seafront and town centre, Kingswinford Guest House is just 150 metres from the beach and offers free WiFi throughout.

Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and tea/coffee making facilities. A DVD player is also provided.

A full English breakfast is served each morning in the dining room, and various places to eat can be found in the local area.

A variety of attractions can be found on the nearby pier, such as a cinema, crazy golf and donkey rides. You can also enjoy a ride on a steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth. This can be caught near the rail station which is a 5-minute walk away.
