At "Al Numero 8" you can relax, share experiences and culture, exploring Florence.

We were inspired by the modern concept of living as a "place of relationships, a balance between inside and outside, but also between needs and wants, between intelligence and reason to be, ultimately, a place in which the person takes care of their own life".

In "Al Numero 8" each room has its own well defined personality, a story to tell. There are objects and colors selected one by one, hand-made and specifically chosen, that have a soul and blend with harmony and simplicity, and the design pieces of artwork merge with the frescoes in the structure . You can view them, use them, read them, and buy them.

To give a well-defined identity to every room we have taken suggestions from Vasco Pratolini’s novel "Girls of San Frediano." Each room tells us about one of the protagonists (Tosca, Gina, Mafalda, Sylvan, and Bice.) and the main character (Bob), which is our common area, that for love and hate united the women in a kind of feminine revolution. A story, set right in the streets of the San Frediano district, with intelligence and poetry will tell you about a part of our FloreNCE
