Belle Dene is perfectly located in Paignton, being just minutes away from the sea front, close to the town centre and just a short walk from the train and bus station. Unlike most other guest houses in the area, we have our own private car park and a sunny garden to relax in.

We are very proud of our guesthouse and give great thought to the fine details, all of which will ensure that you will very much enjoy your stay with us and hopefully return time and time again.

A 4-minute walk from Paignton’s seafront and pier, Belle Dene Guest House offers high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation on the south Devon coast. This guest house provides free parking and WiFi and features an attractive garden and patio.

Each room has a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite or private shower with a hairdryer and toiletries.

Breakfast is cooked to order each morning.

Belle Dene Guest House is a 5-minute drive from Paignton Zoo, and around 3 miles from the Princess Theatre in the neighbouring resort of Torquay. Totnes Castle is less than 20 minutes’ drive away.
