Our property is surrounded by the Pine River, one of Mulmur's most beautiful clear clean rivers. We have amazing views of the ski hill and our property is home to all sorts of wildlife from deer to foxes to pheasants, owls, hummingbirds etc.
In 2013 we were awarded by the Toronto Zoo a certificate for seeing very rare spotted turtle nesting in our field.
When you stay at our property all your troubles melt away because the whole house is on Spring water.

The year-round Foxingham Farm Bed & Breakfast is housed in a 1870 historical building on the Pine River. Set amidst 24 acres of land, it offers an English country garden and a complimentary breakfast.

Decorated with antiques, each room features a shared bathroom with a spa bath and free toiletries. A wrap-around balcony is included with some rooms. Views of the ski hills or walnut orchards are provided.

At Foxingham Farm Bed & Breakfast you will find a shared lounge equipped with a fireplace and library. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling upon request. Local wildlife often visit the grounds.

The bed and breakfast provides free parking on site. Downtown Creemore, filled with restaurants and shops, is at a distance of 18 km, while the Dufferin Museum is 10 minutes’ drive away. Toronto International Airport is 68 km away.
