La Mirage is situated 3 miles from Bantry town. We are a family run B&B. Elevated spacious country home overlooking Bantry Bay. Peaceful location, friendly atmosphere. La Mirage B&B is an ideal location for walking, cycling or hiking, ideal for day trips to the Beara Peninsula, Mizen Head, short trips to Glengarriff and Garnish Island, or to Gougane Barra.

You need a car to stay in our B&B as public transport is really limited.
Ample free private parking.

Each room in La Mirage features a timber floor, flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary water and a sweet treat is provided in the rooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and one bedroom have private shower room adjacent to the bedroom. Guests can also relax in the communal garden and terrace.

A home-cooked breakfast is served each morning in the dining area, and a variety of places to eat can be found in Bantry town centre. The owners also offer itineraries and maps of the area.

Bantry House & Gardens is a 3-minute drive away and features an on-site tearoom. Glengarriff Nature Reserve is 15 minutes away by car and offers a variety of scenic nature trails to suit all abilities.
