Il Battistero encloses part of Siena’s history. Here lived Pope Alessandro VII and Francesco di Giorgio Martini. There is a secret passage in the cellar and from the windows of the suite in 1907 Le Curbusier made a sketch of Siena's Baptistery.
Il Battistero Siena is located in Siena's Piazza San Giovanni, just opposite the Battistero di San Giovanni. It offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with free WiFi overlooking Siena Cathedral.
Rooms at the Battistero come with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer in the private bathroom.
Piazza del Campo is 130 metres from the property. Siena Train Station is 2 km away.
