A former watermill by a small river, with garden, orchard and vegetable garden. We like building and interior design projects and love to find ways of improving our property, inside and out.

Le Moulin de l`Epinay is set in an 18th-century water mill, located 24 km from Eawy Forest and 37 km from the beaches in Dieppe. You can enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and you can take a walk in the gardens.

Decorated in a traditional style, both rooms offer an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The suite features a balcony and river view and the room offers a view over the surrounding fields.

A continental breakfast is served each morning in the dining room and includes homemade jams and fresh bread. You can enjoy evening meals prepared with homegrown vegetables, upon prior reservation, and taste the cider and Calvados produced by the hosts.

Free parking is possible on site. You can rent bicycles to discover the area in Neufchatel-en-Bray, which is 10 km from the property.
