The Stables are modern well equipped converted chalets that were once our horse stables. They have self catering facilities, en suite and kitchenettes. The larger chalets have facilities for the physically impaired with wider ground floor doors and showering facilities allowing wheelchair access. We have a private gated entrance with self check in door codes giving our guests a no fuss check in and privacy they like.

The Stables at Deer Park Farm in Solihull offer well-equipped chalets overlooking the farm’s paddocks. This accommodation in a converted stable block features luxurious furnishings and free Wi-Fi. Knowle village and local pubs are only 1.6 km away from The Stables.

The Stables feature a modern en suite bathrooms with toiletries, single, double, king or super-king bed and solid oak flooring. Some have kitchen facilities, with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The standard double chalet do not have kitchenettes.

The Stables are just 12 minutes’ drive from the centre of Solihull should you prefer to dine out. Horse stabling facilities are also available at this property.

In 60 acres of countryside, The Stables are located 13 minutes’ drive from Birmingham’s NEC Arena and Birmingham International Airport. The villages of Knowle and Dorridge, both with an array of pubs and restaurants, are only just over a mile away.
