Fes is known for its palace like living and Riad Tizwa is no exception. We are located at the top of the medina in what is known as the best area in Fes and we are close to the the 2 main meandering streets of the old town. Fes is a labyrinth, and we are easy to find and have the great advantage that a car and driver can drop you off within 100 meters of the door ( a very rare thing). The house is blessed with a huge roof terrace that has a panoramic view across the whole city.

Located in the Medina, Riad Tizwa Fes is a 15-minute walk from Madrasa Bou Inania. It offers air-conditioned accommodation decorated in a typical Moroccan style and a terrace with views of the plain.

The rooms feature a seating area and a sofa. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries, hairdryer and shower. There is access to a traditional lounge with fireplace and patio with seating area.

At breakfast, guest can sample traditional, Moroccan specialties. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout and there is a tour desk on site to arrange excursions in the area.
