Kasbah Tamariste is a heaven of peace in the heart of the Sahara desert. This wonderful, relaxing auberge is ideally located in the village of Hassi Labied, right next the famous Erg Chebbi sand dunes. The Seggaoui family welcomes you to our authentic and traditional guesthouse. We are just a few hundred meters from the village center, and a few meters from sand dunes. At Kasbah Tamariste, budget travelers can enjoy a clean sanctuary in the desert and a taste of the lively village.

Set by the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes in the Sahara desert, 3 km from the village of Merzouga, Kasbah Tamariste is a traditional Moroccan guest house. Free Wi-Fi access is available and various excursions are on offer.

Each room is constructed with traditional tadelakt and includes a seating area and access to shared bathroom facilities. A continental breakfast is served daily and you can enjoy Moroccan dishes on request. You can relax on the terrace, which has a seating area and looks out onto the dunes.

Kasbah Tamariste offers a choice of desert visits and excursions by quad bike, camel or on horseback. You can also experience life in a traditional Berber tent.
