The Martlerhof is located in Aschau in the Ziller Valley, a 5-minute drive from the Hochzillertal and Zilltertal Arena Ski Areas. The property offers fresh eggs and milk from its own farm. Free WiFi is available.

All units at the Martlerhof are furnished in a modern Alpine style and feature a flat-screen satellite LED TV and a seating area. Private bathrooms come with a shower and hairdryer. All units feature a balcony or a terrace.

In summer, there is a small outdoor pool and deck chairs in the garden. Children can use the playground and many more facilities for kids and babies. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. A rustic schnapps cabin is available for cosy evenings.

A free ski bus to the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen Ski Area stops next to the property, and a ski bus stop to the Zillertal Arena Ski Area can be reached in a 4-minute walk.

Within a 5-minute walk, you will find a climbing area, lake, indoor pool and children’s playground at Camping Aufenfeld, and the local train station. A 15-minute drive will take you to outdoor pools in Stumm and Zell am Ziller, and to the thermal baths in Fügen.

    Don't stay here if you have a tent. Close to the road where cars go all night and there are lamps all over that are guaranteed to keep you awake. Very overpriced too.
