Baudins of Busselton is a custom built, "Multi Award Winning" Bed and Breakfast in the heart of Busselton, part of the Margaret River Region. Ideally located 500mts to the beach and 1km to town.
The guest accommodation is in a property set back from the road completely separate from the owners own home.
There are four guest rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, fridge, TV/DVD, kitchenette, safe, R/C air conditioning, tea and coffee making and free toiletries. all linen is supplied and of high quality.
There are three Queen rooms and one Triple room (Single and Queen bed). All our bedrooms lead off a communal, lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen, plus FREE laundry facilities, ironing board and free laundry detergent. FREE high speed Wifi is available throughout the property as well as off street parking.
Outside, relax overlooking our lush gardens whilst watching varieties of visiting birds, BBQ facilities and equipment is also free of charge.
Our 2-3 course chef quality breakfast, included in the tariff, is freshly prepared daily and served in your hosts dining room.
We value all our gusts and will do our utmost to make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience.
