We have run 1 Park Road for 6 years and still love it. Relaxed- one of those places where we're happy to talk- often guest are still sitting in the dining room after breakfast talking- or we leave you alone. Unusual for a B&B we have a great selection of wine and beers from Britain and Europe and a lounge to sit in enjoy

1 Park Road is a tranquil, luxury guest house located a 2-minute walk from Windermere town centre. Rooms are spacious and modern and all have fresh coffee.

Rooms also offer hot chocolate, a variety of Fair Trade teas and fresh milk. The en suite showers have complimentary soaps and shampoos.

Your accommodation does include a complimentary breakfast each day.

There are many beautiful walks around the property; there is even a treasure hunt on one of them. Good local restaurants and bars can be found in the area.
