I have been welcoming guests to my bed and breakfast for 35 years and continue to enjoy meeting all my guests and ensuring that their experience here is a truly memorable one.

In a scenic, rural setting, Glen na Smole is located just 15 minutes’ walk from Wicklow’s centre, offering an extensive breakfast menu, free golf club hire, and free parking. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, and Wicklow Golf Club is 5 minutes’ drive away.

The light and airy rooms at Glen na Smole each feature a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee. Rooms also include a large en suite bathroom with free toiletries. Some rooms also feature a fridge.

A huge range of breakfasts are served each morning, including full traditional Irish breakfasts, toast with homemade Irish whisky marmalade, or hot buttered potato cakes with smoked salmon.

Tee times and reduced golf fees can be arranged by the owner for local golf clubs. Blainroe Golf Club is less than 10 minutes’ drive away, and Dublin is an hour away by car.
