Kingston House (c1870) has been completely refurbished throughout, offering a high standard of quality and luxury whilst retaining many of the original features. All guest rooms are air-conditioned and en-suites have underfloor heating. Guests can look forward to a relaxing stay in a beautiful Victorian Villa, whilst enjoying the luxury of modern facilities. There is a lovely sitting room for guests to relax in. Kingston House has been awarded 5 Star Gold (with both the AA and Visit England) including Breakfast Awards. We look forward to welcoming you.

Designed with an adult only focus, our elegant and modern rooms are all individually decorated and furnished to the highest standards for your comfort and luxury. You can unwind and relax in your spacious room, which has a supremely comfortable and enjoyable ‘Harrison Spinks’ handmade bed, air conditioning and naturally your very own ensuite. It truly is a home from home experience.

High quality amenities include ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, mini bar/silent fridge with snacks and drinks, complimentary still & sparkling bottled water, along with fresh milk and a selection of teas and coffee.

The ensuites have showers, underfloor heating and LED-lit mirrors. Other amenities include White Company toiletries, luxury towels and a hairdryer. An ironing board along with bathrobes and slippers are available upon request.

Kingston House is fully licensed to serve alcoholic beverages and proudly boasts a resident only lounge and bar, along with a 55” TV for your enjoyment. An assortment of award-winning 5-star breakfast options is served in the breakfast room. All our food is freshly cooked using high quality, delicious local Devon produce.
