A Tuscany bed and breakfast with authentic charm

Hoteliers Simonetta and Guido provide a warm, family atmosphere and authentic cooking at Casa Bellavista, a charming renovated Tuscan farmhouse in the hills between Siena and Perugia in northern Italy. This gay-friendly, ecological bed-and-breakfast offers breathtaking views from comfortable, elegant rooms or the extensive gardens with swimming pool. Come and make friends with the dogs, Dante and Trilly, and the cats.
Casa Bellavista offers a variety of activities from April to September. We have an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi mountain bikes, bocce (like pétanque or bowls), Ping-Pong, a field for soccer and a swing. We also offer cooking classes and tasting sessions of our own extra-virgin olive oil.

Located in Cortona 15 minutes from the city centre, Casa Bellavista offers views of the town, of Castiglion Fiorentino, and of the Castle of Montecchio. The B&B includes its own pine wood, and a large furnished garden, with sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool. The property also features a spa.

The rooms of Casa Bellavista B&B offer free WiFi, and views of the Tuscan countryside. Each comes with terracotta floors, antique furniture, and Chinese or Persian carpets. There is no TV and phone in the rooms, deliberately.

Breakfast includes sweet and savoury food. The restaurant is open for dinner and specialises in local cuisine with vegetarian/vegan options.
