The property is well located being close to all means of transport.What makes it special is the space in the property as we have only 8 rooms and ample space for outdoor sitting like the terraces and the garden.The rooms are not too closely placed giving each guest a space of its own.The rooms and bathrooms are well ventilated and not built as the usual hotel rooms that are not well aired.As a family,we live on the ground floor and the guests are welcome to come and interact with the family members or ask for any extra information whenever required.The meals are cooked at home and looked into by the lady of the house so its not difficult to give special attention to a guest if unwell.Most of the rooms are on the first floor but we have two rooms on the ground floor making it accessible for the old who are unable to climb stairs.The guests are welcome to enjoy their meals on the terrace or in the garden,breakfast in the morning sun during winters is what guests generally prefer.
