Since 2006 we've been on a journey to create Paignton's finest Bed & Breakfast accommodation for discerning guests who are looking for something better than the norm. The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE may just be a small 8-room, terrace B&B but it is currently the only B&B in Paignton awarded 5-stars by hospitality professionals, the AA. This should give all our guests the confidence that we operate to exacting standards with comfort guaranteed.

The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE is just 200 metres from Paignton beach and only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. This AA 5-star rated property is a traditional seaside bed and breakfast, with stylish modern accommodation and facilities.

The excellent location offers the best of both worlds, with the town centre and the beach just 5 minutes' walk away. The P&M Paignton RESIDENCE is also a great base for visiting some of the local attractions in the surrounding region, such as Paignton’s famous zoo and the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway.

Fully refurbished throughout, all of the rooms are stylish and modern with contemporary facilities. The bright, clean rooms are comfortable and attractive with luxurious touches in some of the rooms such as an in-room sauna, four-poster bed or a walk in shower.

Guests can enjoy full English breakfast in the morning and some rooms have the option of breakfast served to the room.
