Looking out across the beautiful Lake District, family-run Meadowbank bed and breakfast is just 5 minutes’ walk from Ambleside’s charming centre. It serves freshly cooked breakfasts, made with local produce.

Each bright room features a TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer, whilst many also boast views of Loughrigg Fell and the local countryside. A digital radio and free tea/coffee are also provided in every room.

Full English breakfasts are cooked-to-order by the owners of Meadowbank. Guests have views of the garden and Fells from the dining room.

Perfect walking and cycling landscape is on the doorstep, and restaurants and shops are less than half a mile away. The scenic northern shores of Lake Windermere are just over 1 mile away.
