Excellent location off the beaten track but still close to everything, located in not touristic and alive Cannaregio's district.

Set in one of Venice's most artistic neighbourhoods, 3749 Pontechiodo is just 300 metres from Ca' D'Oro Palace and the Vaporetto (water bus) stop. Breakfast is served in the internal garden.

3749 Pontechiodo offers rooms with views of the garden, canal or the streets of Rio della Misericordia and Rio San Felice. Rialto Bridge is just 10 minutes' walk away.

Rooms have an elegant design featuring comfortable beds with wooden headboards. They are all air conditioned and feature a TV, fridge and a private bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer.
