Masseria Tolla is a wonderful place to stay, a beautiful old eighteenth century stone house nestled in the lush gardens surrounded by fragrant plants and olive trees. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and are spotless. Each room is filly equipped with air conditioning, TV etc. The hosts, Manuela and Giuseppe, are just wonderful and do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast is served buffet that you can participate in the patio area. There is ample space to park your car. This is a very nice place to come back to every night and wake up each morning. E 'quiet, even on the hottest days this month had a cool breeze blowing through it. Even if you feel very relaxed and feel like if you get away from it all, the farm is only a few minutes drive from Ostuni and about a 15 minute walk from town so really the best of both worlds! Manuela is also fantastic to suggest the best beaches to go around Ostuni and tips on great places to visit in the region.Very Beautiful !!!

Dating back to 1804, Masseria Tolla is a traditional walled farmhouse in Valle d'Itria 1 km from Ostuni centre. Its grounds include an ancient church and palm and fruit trees.

This walled farmhouse opened as a B&B in 2011. Its rooms have many of their original features including stone arches and stone floors. Beds are either in wrought iron or with wooden headboards.

Each room has a TV, minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer. All overlook the garden. Some are air conditioned, while others have a private entrance.

Breakfast at Masseria Tolla is buffet style and includes plenty of homemade cakes, biscuits, croissants and marmalades.

Guests have free parking on site and discounts at a partner beach 7 km away. The farmhouse is ideal for exploring this beautiful area of Puglia, with lots of sandy beaches just 20 minutes away by car.
