An Edwardian villa, just 10 minutes’ walk from Torquay’s beach, and 20 minutes from the stunning harbour area, The 25 Boutique B&B offers free parking, a patio and bright rooms with free WiFi. It provides freshly cooked, award-winning breakfasts each morning prepared with locally sourced produce.

This 5-star B&B has a Gold Award from the AA and beautifully furnished modern rooms, each featuring a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk. All rooms have an en suite shower room with quality toiletries, whilst Luxury rooms also feature an iPad, mood lighting, free movies on demand and bathroom TVs.
