88 Lodge is located on a quiet country lane but oh so handy for everywhere in the Bay of Islands and all of Northland. Nearby Kerikeri is a culinary delight and popular Paihia is just a short drive with activities to suit everyone. Surrounding us are beaches, forests, walks, spectacular scenery, golf courses and heritage sites.
The Lodge itself has been extensively renovated over the years we have been here. Within the Lodge there are 2 suites and 2 rooms all with king sized beds and en-suite to their own private facilities. There is a further suite located in a separate building close to the Lodge. This suite is only available direct from ourselves.
Each suite and room is unique with different aspects and facilities. Our Queen Palm Suite has a private hot tub/spa pool for instance.
All guests enjoy our free hi-speed unlimited WiFi, free on-site parking, and tailored breakfasts. You are also welcome to wander through our extensive gardens and use our solar heated outdoor swimming pool.

Pāteke Lodge offers accommodation in the heart of Northland, just a 10-minute drive from Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands. Surrounded by a sub-tropical gardens, it features an electric vehicle charging station, and a seasonal and outdoor swimming pool.

Rooms and suites are available each with private en-suite bathroom facilities, king sized double bed, free hi-speed WiFi and free parking. Each accommodation has a terrace with seating, your own private access to gardens.

Breakfast is individually prepared to your taste using local produce.

The property is within 10 minutes' drive of Kerikeri with shops, restaurants, heritage sites, cafes and wineries. A 20-minute drive will also bring you to forests, beaches, rivers and waterfalls and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
