4 Percy Place is steeped in Bath history. It used to be the home of Rev. William Jay, one of the most eminent English Congregationalist preachers of Regency England who used to preach in the Argyle Chapel in Bath at the end of 1700s.
The original Georgian features of the building are enhanced by the stylish decor of the rooms such as antiques, trinkets and period furniture.
At the same time, a warm welcome, top quality service (including a home cooked breakfast) and modern comforts like free wi-fi, make our guests feel at home and highly valued.

This grade II listed Georgian terraced house is a historic building with original features and provides free Wi-Fi. The owners live at the property and the area reserved to guests is on the first and the second floor. The house is located within easy access of the M4 motorway and there is free on-street parking in the area.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with views towards across the Avon valley and feature period furniture and features including a fireplace and sash windows. Bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot bed can be provided on request. There is another spacious room with garden view, that can be used as a living room and as a bedroom. It has a 3-seat sofa and a day bed that can be turned into 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower and a self-catering kitchen. Breakfast can be provided for a small charge.

A complimentary Bath Reward Card is provided for guests, with discounts and offers for attractions, shopping and eating around the city.

Percy Place Bath is a 20-minute walk from Bath city centre and about 30 minutes to Bath Spa train and bus station. A local bus service also stops in front on the proeprty. Popular nearby attractions include: The Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, the Royal Crescent, the Circus, the Holburne Museum, the Fashion Museum, Jane Austen's House and Bath Rugby ground.e.
